Hi everybodyexcuse my bad english, i have Many problems with my qs2000 my right lamp heats quickly while the left remains cold enough. being pragmatic, I trièdre everything, reverser the fan board, reversée the ballasts, reversed lamps. But nothing worked. Can someone give me a solution?

Hello. I have a problem in a Vutek Qs220. The ultravu soft don´t recognize the ink corretly. Is similar when the ink isn´t vutek. I think that can be a problem whith the smart card. But I don´t know fix it. Can sombody help me? thanks

Hello, I am receiving this error on our Vutek. Anyone know what is wrong? I paused a job to do a quick purge and errors popped up reading errors for different colors and numbers, such as "cyan secondary tank 4 is high." Once it allowed me to I powered down.
