HP9000 air line bubbles

Have a HP 9000. Heads all print. Have air in one line. Replaced bag sensor. Replaced "o" ring seals, replaced Damper inline . I have bled the air from the line with a brake line bleeder. It will print finr until the in line bubbles appear. Anyone have any ideas?
