if there are 3rd party inks being released soon, i will be very interested as to their color gamat compared to the seiko inks which have been very impressive..........and of course how quickly your service contract will be voided by Seiko after you make the switch............

i do not know, is it really worth it to spend X number of cents less per square foot of production with 3rd party inks and risk the lines and heads of your machine failing?.....not to mention possible lower quality of product?

i might be more interested in the 3rd party inks if say they smelled like roses or cookies instead of drowning in alkaline enamel paints during printing.....
