Has anyone experienced any ink adhesion problems on different substrates with the ink from inkware?

We use Coroplast, PVC, and aluminum compistite alot.... The ink will flake off the coroplast very easy and the aluminum will peel off in a sheet....
PVC it sticks fine....

Is there something i could be looking for to fix this problem?

Try with Triangle Bond Aid  its help on materials like glass, plexiglass and aluminium...

Your lamps could be tired...i will try to print your coro in double cure, and if thats not enough, you set the curing at medium.

Coroplast is a pain material BUT

verify lamp life ( old )
Verify shutters are working correctly,
Whats you settings? double single, high med, low, carriage speed etc.

is the material clean
