color lines problem

Hi!
Lately we are often having problems when printer starts to print horizontal lines in one color troughout whole width of media, consequetly print is ruined and it looks like one head droped out almoust entirely (the one that prints lines). It looks like some sort of electronical error... Any ideas?

(on the attachment is an example of this - the yellow started to print lines although there was no yellow in image (you can't see the lines because of bad picture details but its not solid yellow those are actually lines)).

this will probably be one of the carriage cables. check the areas that the cables go down into the printer chassis and where the clips that hold them together are.
sometimes these run and expose the inners of the cable, and shorting it out, hence the weird printed lines..

good luck
