Error Codes

We just bought a Seiko 64s and it was printing fine when we bought it, but when we got it back to our shop and tried running a print, it started up fine and started to print (no ink came out), then beeped and said engine error 1190 on the screen.  Does anyone know what this means?
Please Help.
Thanks!

1190 is normally the voltage from the head board not being correct. this may be down to the board itself or dodgy ribbon cables.
