overspray of inks
Permalink
since i started using CMYK mode I experience an overspray of inks on my prints
does this have to do with with the four colors on a six color printer? or any other
factors that could affect the out come of a print.

If you are using four color via the rip, which I believe is the only way to do this you may have a problem with the following.
Depending on the color overspraying, check you head height, if it is too high, it can be affected by air vortex and pixel firing distance.
Otherwise check your nozzles, you may have overspray.
Also, do you have your carriage guards fitted on both sides?
best of luck
