Las Vegas,NV tech needed to service Seiko 64s

We're getting to  a point where we really need to find an experienced technician in the Las Vegas, NV area or even California, Arizona, or nearby areas that we could pay to come down and service our machine.  Everything we do seems to make it worse.  We are printing in 4 color right now because our lt magenta and lt cyan are doing crazy things.  We did an alignment, cleaned heads, checked voltages, etc.  Now we're getting bad banding in the 4 color process.  We just need someone to go over it real good and diagnose some issues for us.  If anyone has any suggestions for us, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi

I am a senior tech and would like to help, but am too far a field to be on site.

How long since the machine was serviced, ie

1. Check the Caps, make sure they are not depressed or laying at an angle.

2. Check your wiper sponge, cleaning sponge, it should be replaced every 12 months, without fail, as well as the wiper blade.

3. Check the Platen, printing deck for contamination, especially on the edge guards.

4. Check dampers, this can be done by removing the ink lines from the heads and watching for feed back, ink will feed back awayt from the dampers towards the sub tanks. If this happens replace the damper/s.

5. Go into service mode first, turn on the cap motor actuator and let the heads pump through for 60 secs, complete two strong cleans and then leave the machine in fill cap mode.

To be honest though, if I can get further information on service frequency, description of errors (in depth), I might be able to help you more.
