Engine error 1250	Permalink

I am having an engine error 1250 when trying test print. Also when send to clean, the pumps does not work although the head caps perfectly. HELP __________________

Hello Bonney, That is a Black Subtank error. Do you happen to have any of the covers off? Specifically the ones that cover those pumps. I've heard of situations where people have the covers off and it freaks out the sensors on the pumps. If you still have the covers on then you might need to get a tech in to check that the pump is opperating correctly. __________________
