Help!! Vutek shows Carriage Shift Error

Hi All,

I am so glad to find this forum, I have a Vutek 3360 and this morning I turned on and and in the screen displayed "Carriage Framing Error" and after that "Overflow detected in Carriage Vacuum" and after that, just shut down. Do you have any advice?

looks like ink has managed to get into your vacuum overflow and triggered the censor ....should be ok once its been emptied

Yup,

with printer off, drain the main carriage overflow tank, left side back .

If empty. make sure its plugged in, a disconnected or loose wire will trigger same.

Some people have been upping the solvent pressure which can cause problems.

The problem is your electronics board problem. You need to check your controller board. It may be faulty or it has loose connection. I am service engineer located in India. You can contact me on promptprintingsolutions@gmail,com for any problem of vutek printer thanks.

Ink overflow in carriage overflow , bad or disconnected float. It is written , that will cause a shutdown , if lucky you will actually see the complete error. clean it out and the tubes too.
