printing right along and magenta dropped out. see air bubbles in ink line. I am sure it's time for PM kit but anybody know what specific problem likely to be? __________________ Joe Lawrence

There are two things that pops first: capper and first generation of heads. Check this, this, this and this. (and many more ofcourse - use search) Just read don't do anything - first you need to understand how machine works - then everything is easy... __________________ Print Long and Prosper
