Hi there , my printer is rejecting magenta cartrige , I have put six new ones and it keeps requesting check cartrige and if I pull it out and re insert it says change cartridge . I have a changed a whole set already and it keeps requesting I change margenta . Can senior members help me out please ?
This problem started when the magenta indicated 2% , I then pulled the cartridge out and replaced it with a new one and it requested I check the cartridge , pulling it out and pushing it back it requested I change the cartridge . This process was repeated till I changed Six Magenta cartridges . I have also replaced all other colours with new ones , the story is the same . Kindly Assist please .
Let us pray someone will bail us out . I have spent a lot of money changing cartridges , ink board , cables and even sensor and yet no solution yet . Each time I put a new magenta cartridge immediately it does as if was going into cleaning mode , but it writes open R cover , CHANGE M and I think something is burning the cartridge immediately it is inserted . I pray someone out there will have a solution .

I'm having the same problem with mi printer, all of the sudden. Had a power outage recently so I wonder if that triggered something to cause this glitch?
