Engine Error 1253	Permalink

Hi everybody. I have three questions: 1.) Does anybody know what the Engine Error 1253 means? 2.) Could anybody has a error-code list and could send me? 3.) Has anybody a wiring diagram? Thank you for every hint or answer! Greets Steffen __________________

never seen a 1253 error before. the limited error codes that i have collected over the year or so do not include this. sorry __________________

you have a problem with ink sub tank. It might be that you have an ink pump dead or sensor misfunction. have a look to those ink bags __________________

yes it's sub tank supply error! (error 125-) last number presents ink: 0 stands for ink (head) no. 1 which is black, 1 is for Lignt Magenta, 2 is for Light Cyan... so 1253 means that you have problem with Yellow sub tank supply... -- Edited by cs6060 at 15:06, 2006-05-22 __________________ Print Long and Prosper

awesome. i've checked and also found this. my guess woudl be the switches than control the full or empty messages. __________________
