New head, new ink, and the head looks dead?!?

I've flushed my 'bulk ink' system, added new ink (Marabu) and the black head became really bad so we replaced the head with a new one and it's no better!!! The rest of the head are working prefect... I've tried to decrease the voltage and it looked a little better, when increasing the voltage it got worst...

I want to control the printer and it's displays remotely. So i need the display and it's controls on my RIP instead of the printer. Is there any way? (I can controle the RIP from home by VNC)

I have a Seiko CP64s with OEM inks and I use postershop for my RIP. Can anyone help with a solution to grainy grays with a green tint.
