I've flushed my 'bulk ink' system, added new ink (Marabu) and the black head became really bad so we replaced the head with a new one and it's no better!!!
The rest of the head are working prefect...
I've tried to decrease the voltage and it looked a little better, when increasing the voltage it got worst.
i've also tried to pump ink thru it for aproximatly 5 min (there goes my new ink) but it did not work...
either the head has failed straight out of the box, or the ink has killed it. go for a new head first, if the others are ok, otherwise go back to the ink vendor and suggest the supply the new head or at least investigate it.
