What are the printing symptoms of faulty dampers, I'm just trying to narrow down some nozzle out issues with one particular head and though I'd ask the question. Also, what would I be looking for when "looking" at the dampers to tell me they are or could be faulty?
normally it's ink starvation to the heads, as not enough ink is getting through. dampers do not really fail, but if they do, it will be via a leak somewhere, which should be really easy to spot. they should also be slightly pressurised, so you can gently squeeze them to see.
