hi have been running the seiko for 9 months now and barring the bad batch of light cyan ink have had very few problems with banding its shows more in purple colours than any other we run it with the onyx rip with full in house colour management and i think this helps with the banding as it limits the ink, which also saves money in ink cost,if you need advice on this just ask

p.s. anyone useing the new 3rd party inks yet if so what are they like
