Squealing or squeaking Cap station ?

Hey Guys,
It's my turn.

The capping station or unit has developed a loud squeak every time I start a print job.
If I manually open and close the capping unit it does the same.
It is serviced daily and at this time prints well with no misfires.
I have a manual, not much help on this one.
Any suggestions???????????

It sound like one of the gear wheels on capping station is broken or loosen.

If you look closely beneath cappers you will see one long shaft on which you have lot of wheels connected. Look at them when this sound is heard! I'm certan that problem is there!

I had similar problem.
Unfortunatelly if it's that you are unluky 'cause they (seiko) don't sell this as part - you will have to buy whole capping unit!

With the age and milage i don't want to invest in any major repairs.
What will happen if I just ignore it and keep on printing?

Update,
after taking off the covers and opening and closing the doors. I think that it is a dry bearing in the Capping station motor. Could not find any damage to the lastic gears at this time.
