I have a big problem with new printhead konica 256, after installing, my printer HP Designjet 8000s did a test and detects a new print head, I have the following message: ERROR TEMP PH CHECK PH
and on the menu information PH MANUFACTURED DATE ????? SERIAL NUMBER ????? RANK?? VOLT USED DATE ?????
i think i must change voltage rank but i don't know how???? please help
Hey there, Firstly, let me mention that the last time I saw "Error Temp" come up it was a bad printhead. A customer bought it from overseas and it was S**t from the word go. I ordered a new one fro HP and had no issues.
