I am getting 2 rolls when measuring my single media of 3.2m wide.
Any one can find the reason why its doing like that?
you can see in 'printer status' section the roll position found.
check if teflon tape is missing on dryer and if platen is clean. You can test to add teflon tape at the end right side of the dryer too (maybe left end position offset has changed )
