how to clean under carriage ? v64

So i noticed th random heads will missfire durring printing. We clean our printer every day and all that. I started to look and noticed that I was getting dry ink "gunk" randomlly and after further investgation i saw that under carriage we have some stuff that will need to be cleaned.

Question is how do I get under carriage with some clearance and how to aproach this so I don't damge any print heads.

Can anyone sugest solution or should this be handled by Seiko tech ?

thanks

First,go to PH MAIN menu and press RESEAT PRINTHEAD and when the carriage moves to left side of the printer, then you may open the left cover and clean the bottom of the carriage with lint free cloth with some solvent solutions.

I just had this same problem. I set the printer to "cap cleaning" so the carriage moves all the way to the right. Then I took a long, lint-free cleaning swab with the wiper cleaning fluid and GENTLY removed the little chunks of dried ink.
