Hi All,

I have this problem.

The printer was not being used for 3 weeks. I turned it off with fill cups option so I though all should be ok.

When I turned it on today all is good except that Light Cyan is not printing.

I did a nozzle check and it's not firing at all. All other heads are ok.
When I looked at the cap it is dry.

I did FILL CAP option then looked again and is is still dry.

What could be the problem?

Any ideas?

See if in the pump under the cap, the ink tube is not rolled up.
Has me so, I replaced the cable on the new and the problem disappeared.

If this does not help, then write.
