Sometime my paper never be flat on platen while printing. I find a wrinkle which moves along sideways while printing leaving marks on the print. Though the head is not touching the paper but still the marks can be seen after sublimation.
paper is much colder then the plate which is probably on big temperature (so that you can drie ink on paper).
try to heat paper before it comes on plate and lower little bit temperature on first plate, so that there wouldn't be big difference between paper and plate...
It got solved. Thanks a lot for that suggestion. Further I added 2 industrial heaters at the back near paper roll covering the entire area to keep it warm and take out the moisture from the paper. It worked like a charm.
