I have a serious problem with my printer uv vu press 200/600 fc
the following happens:
The printer does not purge the jets,
In the control panel throws me the following errors:
Ink C1 Overflow
C2 Ink Overflow
C3 Ink Overflow
C4 Ink Overflow
No purging as odors empty or manually.
Because there can be purged from the control panel. Ink pumps work very well. the problem is that the printer does not purge the jets.
Since ink change filters.
injection and filter.
But parese not run anything. as the jets, as they should not purge.

your not giving much info..
Does the machine start normally ?
With machine off have you emptied the secondary tanks and overflow tank.?
you probably have a vacum leak. Check heads are attached and tight under back plane. O rings good.
clean float switches. check your vac lines are secure. Whas you vac set at. too high and it will suck the ink out of the heads.
