My designjet 9000s is showing WARNING ! (2) CLEAR MEDIA JAM. The Carriage starts to move from the Capping Station up to theEdge of the Media then returns to the Capping Station,then the Media feeds through the printer(FORWARD) a beep,then WARNING ! (2) CLEAR MEDIA JAM. The Printer has been offline for over a month and I was expecting SYSTEM ERROR 11E0 but to my surprise it has not appeared yet. Please can you Advise me on this? Sounds like the carriage path is having issue.If there is no media blocking the path,try confirm again the carriage motor is working. __________________
