Does anyone know why some of the time when you send a job to the printer it rolls out about a yard of material? This only happens about 50% of the time. I have to cancel the job roll back the material resend yadda yadda. Seriously a pain.
I know what you are talking about. This seems to happen the most when the machine has been idle for a while. I think that it has something to do with the machine trying to heat the material up before printing. I haven't really found a way around this, just have to watch it when your heaters are way below target.
Yes the "condition pass" was set to 1 hour. This sounds like something like what was happening. Except it happened maybe once every 5 times and it would roll out about 3 feet of material. I turned this feature off, so hopefully this action will stop. Thanks for the info!
