My local dealer tells me HP is just about ready to start shipping the new 10000. I'm told units should be going out first of October.


Based on your experiences with the 9000, would you consider purchasing the 10000?

If you're going to SGIA, you should take a look at the new Mutoh ValueJet. It's very competitive with the HP 9000/10000 series. The ValueJet comes 48/64/100" wide and ranges from $15,000 - $51,000. The price of consumables is about 50-60% LESS than HP, performance is better, can handle the same media loads, more print speeds, great resolution, compatible w/Onyx & Wasatch as well as Flexi RIPS. Great product, could save you more and make you more over time compared to HP.
