Banding issues on 3360	Permalink

Hello, We are having banding problems with 3M Controltac 180c and Avery MPI1005EZ on our 3360. Does anyone have advice on how to fix this problem? We have tried different heat settings, step adjustments and vaccuum settings. Thanks __________________

lots of things we need to know to help. how old is your vutek? profile?? using vutek ink? __________________

Our 3360 is just a bit over a year old. We are using a custom profile and vutek inks. These are the only 2 substrates we are having issues with. __________________

fast4 or eight color? we ran 1005EZ for over 3 years before we bought a Seiko (720dpi) and started running in on that machine instead. do you have the external IR dryer?? We had to run as much heat as possible to dry the ink so it wouldn't pool up on itself. Did you build the profile yourself? What types of ink limits are you using? __________________
